We pay for the device, we install the device, we maintain and manage the device. You'll have absolutely NO worries there!

Once in place, we use VNC and the device to securely provide remote desktop support.

That's right, when you need somone to look over your shoulder, when the problem occurs, you call us, and we remotely assist lickity split!

At first this will be offered during specific hours only, but later, we'll have a 24/7 call center to service your needs round the clock!

Additionally, to prevent problems, during a scheduled period each month, we'll remotely 'tune up' your PC(s) and Servers, to make sure things are in proper working order for when you need them.

Minimizing downtime is critical for your bottom line, and everyone in the Group not only knows it, but lives it.
